  • Shipping

    Orders will be shipped by the following business day that payment was received. Items small enough to be shipped with a common carrier will be shipped domestically via UPS ground at a flat charge for the continental USA. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact us. for a shipping quote. Larger items will need to be shipped via Freight. For more information, please see our “Freight Shipping” section.

    Expedited Delivery

    For an additional cost, we do offer next day and two day expedited delivery on parcel shipments. If you need expedited delivery, please contact our shipping department immediately by phone. In order for expedited orders to ship on the same day, payment must be received before 12:00pm EST of that day.     Freight Shipments

    Any product too large to ship by a common carrier will need to be shipped via freight shipping. Our freight shipping department builds a custom pallet or crate based on the weight, fragility, and dimensions of each item. For all freight shipments customers will need to contact us. for a freight quote. When requesting a freight quote, there is a variety of factors that will affect the quote. To speed up the processing of your quote, customers can determine whether any of the special factors below apply to their shipping destination, and include that information in their shipping quote request, along with the delivery address.

    • Lift gate: If your location lack a truck dock or fork lift, your location will require a lift gate for delivery.
    • Residential Addresses: Freight shipments that are being delivered to a residential address of any kind, even if a business is operated out of that location, will have an additional cost.
    • Limited access: If your delivery location is a hospital, clinic, university, prison, is in a plaza or mall, or is difficult to access due to narrow roads or tight parking lots, your location will require the “limited access” surcharge. Please let us know if your location fits any of these descriptions.
    • Crating vs. Palletization: When requesting a freight shipment, customers will need to choose whether they want their items crated or palletized. We suggest that larger, more valuable items be crated, as it provides extra protection against damages during shipping. This comes at an additional cost, but the item will be fully enclosed in high quality materials and padded on the bottom with foam for maximum protection. Palletization involves securing the item on a pallet, and ensuring that it is as safe as possible by padding the bottom with foam.

    International Shipping

    For all international shipments please contact us for a shipping quote. Parcel items will be shipped via USPS. If the item will require freight shipping, please refer to the freight shipment section above to determine the information that should be provided in a shipping quote request.

  • Warranty, Returns, and Damaged Shipments

    Returns

    New Life Scientific offers a 30-day return period on all products, excluding for-parts equipment. To return a product, please contact us by email or phone within 30 days of receiving your product. Customers are required to pay the return shipping costs for returning products and will only be reimbursed for the purchase price of the product. Returned products must be received in their original condition when sold by New Life Scientific with all included accessories, so our customers are encouraged to package products safely when they are returned and to ensure they return all components of a product. Once returned products are received, they will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, and then a refund will be issued. If returned products arrive damaged in any way, or incomplete, New Life Scientific may only issue a partial refund for the return.

    Warranty Claims

    New Life Scientific takes extra care to protect its customers. We offer warranties on all of our products, excluding for-parts equipment. Our standard warranty is 30-days, and we offer extended warranties on select products. Our warranties cover any defects in our products discovered at the point of delivery, or during normal usage of the product. If one of our warranted products has a defect, New Life Scientific will cover the costs of repairing, replacing, or returning the product with absolutely no additional fee to our customer. Customers that experience problems with their purchase can contact us either by phone or email before their warranty period expires to begin a warranty claim.

    Damaged Shipments

    Even with careful packaging, damaged shipments are, unfortunately, unavoidable. In the event that a package shipped via UPS or USPS is damaged, insurance claims are simple, and customers need only contact us by phone or email to begin a warranty claim and receive compensation for the damage.

    Damaged freight shipments require special care from our customers. Whenever a freight shipment is delivered, the recipient is asked to sign a document stating that the shipment was received in good condition. It is vital that customers inspect the shipment before signing the document. If the shipment shows any sign of damage the customer should specifically note the damage on the shipping document. If the shipment is heavily damaged, the customer can reject the shipment, and it will be shipped directly back to New Life Scientific. Once receipt of a freight shipment has been properly handled, customers should contact New Life Scientific immediately to begin their warranty claim.

  • Ordering

    To add an item to your cart, click the "Add to Cart" button. After adding an item you your cart, a dialogue will display confirming that the item has been added to your cart. You may continue shopping, or view your cart by clicking the "My Cart" button at the top right of the screen. From here you may view all items you have added to your cart, update your cart, clear your cart, or proceed to checkout. Upon clicking the checkout button, a page will open where you will need to enter or select your billing address, shipping address, preferred shipping method, preferred payment method, and payment information. Upon completion of all necessary fields, you will be able to confirm your order. For help on how to view your placed order, please refer to the "Viewing Orders" section below.

  • Payment

    New Life Scientific accepts payment via all major credit cards, (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), cash, certified check, Paypal, and Bank Wire. For purchases exceeding $10,000, New Life Scientific may require a Bank Wire, Certified Check, or Cash.

    Payment via Purchase Order

    New Life Scientific accepts purchase orders from well-established and reputable domestic companies, Universities, medical institutions, and other organizations. Before accepting a purchase order, New Life Scientific may require the completion of a “credit authorization request” form.

    For international establishments' first order, New Life Scientific requires pre-payment before shipping products. On subsequent orders New Life Scientific may choose to accept a purchase order and ship before payment is received.

  • Viewing Orders

    To view any orders you have placed, click the "My Account" button at the top of the page and log into your account. Under the "My Account" heading, you will see "My Orders" button. From the "My Orders" page, you will see all orders you have placed under your account.

  • Updating Account Information

    To update your account information, click the "My Account" button at the top of the page and log into your account. Under the "My Account" heading, you will see "Customer Info" and "Address Book". You can update your name, email address, newsletter subscription, and password from the "Customer Info" page. On the "Address Book" page, you are able to update your shipping and/or billing address.
