For Parts or Repair, Microsonic Systems Hendrix SM100 Plate Ultrasonic Fluid Processor Base Control in Good Condition

This Hendrix SM-100 Ultrasonic Fluid Processor is in good physical condition and
comes with both the base control unit and fluid processor unit. The tubing, cabling,
and reservoir bottle are not included.

Our technician has thoroughly inspected this system and put it through multiple
tests, but it unfortunately did not pass testing. Many of the components are functional,
however, since its not a functional system we are selling it as a parts system.

Clean and in Good Condition

This SM-100 is clean and in overall good physical condition with little to no evidence
of spilling.

There are some scratches and scuff marks around the edges of the system and the
top of the base control unit, which is typical because the feet of the fluid processor
unit rest on top of the base control unit. There is also one long, thin scratch down
the right side panel of the base control unit.

Tested and Functional Components

Many components of this system are in good condition and have been confirmed
functional through testing. When we tested this system, the cycle wasnt able to
finish because the fluid processor bath wouldnt drain due to an issue we werent
able to pinpoint.

Below is a list of components we confirmed functional or non-functional through
our testing.

Functional components:

- All liquid sensors are working
- RF system is working
- Vacuum pump sensors are working
- Power supplies are working; all putting out good voltages
- 1 of 2 solenoids are functional; one connected to drain never opened

Non-functional components:

- Display screen on the fluid processor doesnt work
- Drain connector broken in fluid processor
- Computer function is unknown and could be the source of the problems

This SM-100 comes with both the fluid processor unit and the base control unit.
It does not include the necessary tubing, cabling, or reservoir bottle.

A vacuum pump will need to be provided by the end user for this system
to be operated.
