We get it, "power tested" doesn't exactly instill confidence in you.

We couldn't test further because we have no software to test with.

But here's the thing:

This controller is backed by a 90-day warranty.

So if you are looking to replace your broken controller, this unit will either (A) be fully functional and save you a ton of cash, or (B) not be functional and can simply be returned. You've got nothing to lose.

The technician who worked on this analyzer, Steve, found that the machine powers on correctly. He logged in as a user and as an admin (123456) and opened/closed the tray.

Finally, Steve changed the network setting to DHCP and connected to our network. No other testing was performed.
