After its initial disinfection and inspection, our technicians tested the New Brunswick Innova 44/44R refrigerated incubator shaker stack with the following results:
- Tested shaking on both shakers: PASSED
- Both shakers heated to 55°C: PASSED
- Tested refrigeration to 9°C on top shaker (4°C is spec): FAILED*
- Tested refrigeration to 12°C on bottom shaker (4°C is spec): FAILED*
- All user interface buttons work: PASSED
- Tested door function: PASSED
We have priced these with the refrigeration as working, but we can get these to factory specification of 4°C for an estimated additional $2000.
- Top shaker is a 2” orbit (throw), and bottom shaker is a 1” orbit (throw).
