After its initial disinfection and inspection, our technicians tested the Power Washer 384 with the following results:
- Runs a few wash cycles and rinse cycles as well as priming. Was able to verify fluid moved through each port on the back, no vacuum leaks: PASSED
- Motors moved without issue. Software is working just fine: PASSED
- Had a loss of step error that was fixed by bending the bracket for the sensor backup. Looks like now it was sagging, possibly from age and it caused the sensor to not see the notches on the wheel it was reading.
