Affymetrix GeneTitan with GeneChip HT Array Plate Scanner & PC with AGCC Software
The GeneTitan and GeneChip HT work in tandem to deliver walkaway array processing. Our 'Chip and 'Titan were both manufactured in 2008 and are in good condition.
This setup requires a fluidics rack, shutter, shutter controller to work. Fluidics racks are available only from Thermo Scientific, while the shutter equipment is available from third-party sources.

In order to reach full functionality, you will have to supply a fluidics rack, shutter, and shutter controller. Fluidics racks can be purchased directly from Affymetrix/Thermo Scientific, while the other parts can be purchased via third-party sources.
Additionally, we recommend that you arrange for Affymetrix technicians to evaluate the system before usage.
Aside from some light signs of wear and a little crack in the casing (see photos), both the GeneTitan and GeneChip are in good condition overall. Our technician noted the robust construction of the units, remarking that they're "built like tanks."
