These were extra parts from the Eppendorf EpMotion Pipetting Station. The PCR 384 has a filling volume of 25µL per vessel. They have a heating period for 0ºC to -10ºC within 10 minutes. After heating they can be easily cooled down by placing them in a refrigeration unit.
