Rigaku AFC-11L Goniostat Partial 4-Axis Driver for FR-E SuperBright Rotating Anode
The Goniostat and X-Ray Detector have been inspected and evaluated for physical condition by our technical staff. It appears to be well cared for and only needs a new knowledgeable owner.
The detector is run with nitrogen and the rest of the complete system is needed for testing. We only have parts of this in our facility so we are limiting the testing to inspection only. This will still carry our 90-day customer satisfaction warranty for your peace of mind on purchasing used equipment.
