Molecular Devices SpectraMax QuickDrop Spectrophotometer in Excellent Condition and Manufactured in 2016
The SpectraMax QuickDrop promises "one-touch DNA, RNA, and protein quantitation" and a host of other features spun into a small chassis that can be easily moved and stored.
We've got a used QuickDrop that came from recent lab closure that has been fully tested and is guaranteed to work. Additionally, our system is in excellent condition. Being that the QuickDrop is a self-contained system with no reliance on desktop software, this is a turnkey system that can be used as soon as it's out of the box.
Interested? Let's get down to brass tacks
Before I tell you about how we tested this spectrophotometer, there's something you should know:
Our technician does not give praise lightly.
You see, he deals with lab equipment of all shapes and sizes, makes and models. With that experience under his belt, our tech knows what makes a truly good product.
So keep that in mind when I tell you that our tech described this QuickDrop as being a "stellar machine".
He noted all of this, verbatim, when testing this system. After its initial cleaning and visual inspection, our tech powered up the QuickDrop and ran a wavelength scan with a cuvette of holmium oxide, confirming that the results were accurate. The peaks and valleys charted correctly and no errors were reported.
Just as the QuickDrop runs well, it also looks great. It's in excellent condition, bearing hardly any signs of usage. It'll fit right in with the rest of your lab.
With the QuickDrop series being released in 2016 and this unit manufactured that same year, this system is still very uncommon on the used equipment market. So instead of paying $14k for an identical device with equivalent performance, you can snag this used unit for nearly 40% off retail without any performance compromises.
