Touch up paint was applied to some cosmetic blemishes on the centrifuge top panel (see photos).
After its initial disinfection and inspection, our technicians tested the Beckman Coulter Allegra 6R refrigerated benchtop centrifuge with the following results:
- Ran to 3,750 rpm: PASSED
- Refrigerated held at 0°C: PASSED
- No excessive noise or imbalance: PASSED
- Spun down properly: PASSED
- Performed inspection; no problem found: PASSED
Pfizer calibration was performed in January 2023. Calibration is now overdue, but just barely.
- Replaced motor mounts.
- Replaced condenser filter.
