- Ran/sterilized with 2 liters of isopropyl alcohol: PASSED
- Verify maximum operating pressure of 23,000 psi: PASSED
- Check process pressure control valve: PASSED
- Check motor start/stop control: PASSED
- Check pressurized air inlet assembly: PASSED
- Check/replace plunger seal assembly: PASSED
- Clean and inspect plunger: PASSED
- Clean and inspect/replace high pressure fittings: PASSED
- Clean and inspect/replace inlet check valve: PASSED
- Inspect/replace pneumatic switches: PASSED
- Backflush the interaction chamber: PASSED
- Replaced plunger seal.
- Replaced the high pressure elbow nipple.
