After its initial disinfection and inspection, our technicians tested the Microfluidics LM20 electric microfluidizer processor with the following results:
- Electronic user interface: PASSED
- Filled hydraulic oil and ran to 30,000 psi: PASSED
- Sterilized with 0.5 liters of IPA: PASSED
Notice: The stroke counter is approximately 1055 and the hour counter is at 1 hour. These counters indicate that this processor has never been used.
Notice: We wired an electrical plug onto the power cord to test the processor. We also used the hydraulic oil that came with this processor to fill it before testing so the hydraulic oil container you will receive in the crate will not be full.
