After its initial disinfection and inspection, our technicians tested the Eppendorf 5810 benchtop centrifuge with the following results:
- Ran to 14,000 rpm: PASSED
- No overheating condition occurred: PASSED
- No excessive noise or imbalance: PASSED
- Spun down properly: PASSED
- Performed inspection, no problems found: PASSED
During inspection it was noted that there were multiple small scratches on the exterior panels, mostly on the lid and front panel. Paint was applied to touch up the scratches (see photos).
