- illumina NextSeq 550 Sequencing System (SY-415-1002)
- Reagent Cartridge, Consumables, Waste Tray
We powered on this system and it prompted that it needs to complete the First Time Setup before it can be used for sequencing. Illumina said this is because they properly decommissioned the system and removed all customer data from it.
It fails initialization when attempting to run the First Time Setup. There was no error or prompt message so we could not determine the cause. You will need to know how to repair this system or be willing to have illumina service/repair it before it can be put back into operation.
Notice: We recommend this system be serviced and repaired by illumina.
