After your instrument arrives at our facility, it will be inspected and tested to certify it performs at manufacturer specifications and will undergo cosmetic refinishing as needed. If any component does not pass testing, then it will receive the service or replacement necessary to restore full functionality.
Often, our work leaves the instrument in better functional condition and expected longevity than other used instruments of the same age.
