While this incubator is labeled as a 3130, it is functionally a 3110 because the O2 sensor generates an error and is currently disabled. This incubator does not come with oxygen control.
After its initial disinfection and inspection, our technicians tested the Thermo Scientific Forma 3130 Series II CO2 incubator with the following results:
- Chamber temperature calibrated and held steady at setpoint: PASSED
- CO2 calibrated to zero, and CO2 equalized to setpoint: PASSED
- O2 sensor generates an error, so it is disabled.
